Your responsibilities will include
Coordinating and booking containers, arranging shipping documents, and invoicing customers through the ERP system.
Communicating with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners throughout the shipping process.
Supporting the sales team in delivering excellent service to their international customer base.
Your qualifications
Experience with international shipping processes and documentation.
Educational background in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and organized.
Confident with Microsoft Office 365 and general IT tools.
Daily lunch arrangement (frokostordning).
